Bilingual Before/After School Worker

Catholic Social Services (CSS) in partnership with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) is starting a new program to provide foster care, treatment and educational services to assist unaccompanied children caught in the humanitarian crisis that has been occurring on our southern borders.

Essential Functions:

• Provide supervision of children (ages 5-15) who attend agency-sponsored school.
• Engage children in appropriate activities.
• Assure that children are only released to properly identified individuals.

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Ability to be flexible, creative and work in a diverse setting.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care.
• Demonstrated cross-cultural sensitivity.
