NON-EXEMPT 35 HOURS PER WEEK

 

The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is seeking qualified applicants for an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and the Moderator of the Curia.  Background checks are a requirement for this position.

The candidate should possess a combination of the following:

High school diploma;

5-7 years experience providing administrative support to executive staff;

Ability to work independently, multi-task and maintain confidential information;

Demonstrate an understanding,  respect and support  for the  Roman Catholic teachings, mission and values;

Effective oral and written communication skills;

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook required
